TASTING NOTES

A  CHAMPAGNE FOR SHARING: MODERN, ELEGANT AND FRESH, TIGHT AND EDGY. A REAL CHARMER TO ENJOY RIGHT NOW.

Appearance, a fresh and appetising champagne with a delicate orange colour and a swirl of tiny bubbles that form a magnificent ring of mousse.

Nose, refined and nuanced with an instantaneous rush of strawberries and roses that lasts and lasts making this champagne difficult to resist.

Palate, the attack is fresh and fluid with a pleasant measure of acidity. A chalky character comes to the fore in mid-palate whilst the persistent effervescence continues to add freshness and liveliness. The hardly perceptible dosage lends firmness to the overall texture without it becoming harsh.

Service. Serve at 8°C (460 F). Perfect as an aperitif and even better when served with savoury biscuits and petits fours.
